Nokia CE Card Upgrade Requirement.

To manage the physical Capacity Expansion (CE) Card upgrade programme as dictated by Ericsson Services Limited (ESL). Basic outline of Requirement. The contractor will be issued with a programme of works on a rolling basis, a minimum of two weeks in advance. The Contractor will assume responsibility for producing and managing the programme of works. Sites are to be programmed based on Geographical vicinity and Optimisation priority. Outage and Access requests are to be managed directly by the contractor. Field based Engineers will carry out the Physical CE Card Upgrade, supported by the ESL Datafill team. Call tests are to be carried out, and handover documentation will be required following successful completion of upgrade. Resource required Capacity Assumption Figures below based on a delivery of 150 sites per week. Engineers: - capable of completing three sites per day (geographically grouped). Requirement for 10 x Engineers (3 x Sites per day per engineer, 30 Sites per week per engineer, and 150 sites total). Site Access co-ordinator: Responsible for arranging all access prior to site visit, and submission and co-ordination of Outage requests. Project Co-ordinator: Reporting Interface with ESL Project Manager. Required to attend daily conference call. Production and co-ordination of reporting to ESL Co-ordination of Purchase Orders for resource and equipment. Warehouse facility: Recording and storage of CE Card hardware. Tracking and return of faulty hardware. Reporting of stock usage and forecast of stock requirements. Assumptions. Engineers should be trained in Nokia CE Card Upgrades and knowledgeable in the following: Nokia BTS Manager (Software) Nokia AXC Manager (Software) Nokia Flexihopper Manager (Software) (not essential) Conversant with the following:
