    "A small but excited section of the delegates, however took possession of the platform immediately and loudly demanded the return of the President and putting to the vote of the amended resolution at one step. These even threatened to elect a new president if only to see the resolution through, in case Mr.Subba Rao didnot return in an hour and resume the proceedings.
