Im still having trouble Influence mapping. So a little sideways thought and Im doing it this way, for now at least.

Im looking at the nuances of colour found in Obsidian. This will be useful when it comes to colouring and lighting my scene. The reflective qualities on the unpolished shards of stone are particularly interesting.

Pictured here are various aspects of Bunratty Castle. This structure is useful as it combines causeway across the moat and the single keep structure, all of which are inherent to my structure. The reflections of the French Chateau and the Castle will prove useful for my Unit 2 digital painting resubmission.

For my matte painting I am looking at electrical storms and moonlight on water.
