Work Experience
2008-Present
The following pages present my experience working in a landscape architecture firms specializing in the design of skate board parks and action sports facilities. I have completed multiple sets of construction documents, performed construction administration visits during the construction of the skateparks, managed all 3D graphic work, represented the company at city council meetings, attended public design meetings, contributed to the design of over 50 skate parks, and managed projects in the Denver area. In February 2009 I was able to become LEED AP, as a result I have led the efforts to design and build the worlds first carbon neutral skate park in Lake Forest, CA for the City of Lake Forest and Etnies Shoes, as well as the worlds first LEEP certified skate park in St. Cloud, MN. My duties have included hosting meetings, writing technical specifications, and contributing to the design of the skate park. My responsibilities also extend into the marketing side of the firm. I have also designed and submitted several advertisements which have been published in Landscape Architect and Specifier News, as well as designed numerous flyers and other marketing materials.
