The Company requires personnel at the following levels a) Program Managers who are like a Centre head and manage a team of about 20 plus personnel including telemarketing, customer service, Client interaction, Guest / Member interaction, Administration and MIS. b) Assistant Program Managers who assist the Program Manager in performing the above role in a large program with over 30 people c) Guest / Member Relations Executive who interact with Members in the Hotel or on the telephone d) Team Leaders for Tele sales Managing and leading the tele-sales team e) Telemarketing personnel for telemarketing positions f) Corporate Sales Executives for presentations to key corporate clients. Compensation is based on role and has a component of incentives. Positions are available at all our Centres and interviews can be done locally at these Centres.
The above highlighted positions are urgently available at Mumbai and Bangalore (at top five star Hotels (our client locations)). Candidates applying (preferably ladies) must have a pleasing personality, good communication skills and able to work from 1 PM to 10 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM on rotational basis. There is a provision for drop and potential to earn competitive remuneration plus performance-based incentives. Prior experience in hospitality will be an advantage.
