y Must learn within 30 days of hire to execute all aspects of the daily driver without assistance o Demonstrate ability to conduct thorough walk-around inspection correcting minor issues and ensuring vehicle being roadworthy for the day. o Demonstrate working knowledge of vehicle systems, capacities, and limits so exceeding vehicle capabilities or bringing about unnecessary ware does not become an issue. o Demonstrate end of day procedures to ensure safe storage of vehicle overnight and proper documentation for all tasks completed during the work shift. y Must learn all aspects of a C&DD Operator so you can be counted on to properly execute those duties without supervision o Read the operators manual for the C&DD site and display a thorough knowledge of the types of materials most commonly seen. o Demonstrate different methods of screening citizen loads to inspect for illegal material and ultimately ensure the proper placement of all materials taken in at the site. o Demonstrate cleaning and water down procedures to ensure leachate and other biological contaminants stay at regulated levels or below. o Demonstrate working knowledge of shutdown procedures.
