    Dear Col. Casipit

    With our current wage, it had been difficult for us to support our families, especially for those of us whose children are currently studying. Our financial status had been unstable these past few years due to the present condition of the economy.

    In this regard, we would like to request for an increase in our current salary. We feel that this is the right time to review our salary since the cost of living in our country drastically rises. An increase in our current wage will greatly help in the day to day expenses of our families.

    We view our future at the agency very positively. We are pleased to give our loyalty and commitment, and to take on extra work and responsibility. We are keen to be trained, to progress, to learn new things, and we want to contribute as much as possible to the agencys success in the future.

    We have been led to believe that you are satisfied with our work, so we are confident that you will want to sincerely consider our request. Thank you for this opportunity to present this information.
