WCell is a telecommunication application for PC as well as mobiles. This application provides call facility from PC to mobile, PC to PC, PC to landline/PSTN, Mobile to Mobile, Mobile to Landline/PSTN. WCell uses the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and VOIP (Voice over internet protocol) technology to transfer call. It provides free call facility from PC to PC. There are important features like; import contacts from Yahoo, Hotmail, Microsoft Outlook and Outlook express and send invitations to friends. This also provides different and attractive themes, which are very user-friendly. It provides the address book which maintains the list of all contacts and also maintains all call records with its duration and time. The application works for every Symbian OS, Palm OS, Windows, Blackberry, J2ME supported mobile devices. For mobile application we use stack which maintain the call using RTP and STP protocol.

The application will allow users to add tags to a video file and view the video along with any tags associated with the video. Uploaded videos could be tagged either at the client end or at server end. The user will be provided with a choice to view the tags while the video is being played or when the video has finished playing.
