Agilent India is looking for talented fresher for its Electronics Measurement business in the areas of Sales, Support and Applications. The interested candidate needs to have a strong technical competency in areas of RF & Microwave Engineering, Digital Design and verification, Wireless Technologies, Instrumentation and Control Systems with BE/B Tech or Masters in

Electronics and Communications. The candidate needs to have strong interpersonal skills and a flair for meeting and communicating with the customers. The selected candidates will go through a rigorous training process that enables the transformation of an individual from a student to a thoroughbred professional.

Application Engineer Has good knowledge on fundamental in Electronic, Communications, Instrumentation, Software design & Analysis. The candidate should know different testing techniques in the area of RF/Microwave technologies, Logic design and verification, High speed interface testing, Wireless Technology verifications (2G/3G/LTE). He/she should possess good communication/presentation skills. Job would require the candidate to y y y y y Analyze customer s requirements and recommends appropriate solution, run demos and sample analysis. Participate actively in the sales process from deal qualification to deal closure and own the deal's technical closure. Assist the field organization to meet or exceed sales quota, through the provision of technical expertise. Lead projects requiring coordination with other functions, customers, third parties. Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.

As a technical partner with sales development functions, the candidate is required to deliver technical seminars and presentations. Qualifications: BE/B.Tech (Electronics and Communications), M.Tech (Electronics) Location: Delhi/Bangalore/Hyderabad Sales Engineer The candidate chosen for sales will be assigned a particular territory/region or a set of named customers. The job would require the candidate to: y Get complete understanding of the technologies being sold to the customers.

Give product information, product presentations, product demos to the customers Generate the enquiries for the new requirements and work towards the customer satisfaction on the existing installed base Be a part of the end to end sales cycle starting from the demand generation, to product discussions/demos, quote, negotiations, order to the shipment and installations. Get complete exposure to the sales tools and use the analytical tools to analyze customer profiles, markets, trends, funnel management etc. Build strategies and plans with the team for the markets assigned to continue winning the markets for Agilent. Liaise with the cross functions across the organization to make sure that the customers managed by him/her are satisfied.
