Lonely Little Flower I'm a lonely little flower in the middle of a knoll, Waiting for my friends to come, fauna

to extol, The virtues of sharing, my constitution's bold, With a few strange lovers, across a sandy shoal! I'm a lonely little flower with petals to unroll, At the hint of a subtle breeze, a scurrying vole, To disclose a pretty scent, display to cajole, A wondrous sort of creature, in search of gold! I'm a lonely little flower with a sacred scroll, Codes of my ancestors, the heart of my soul, Irresistibly alluring, pure beauty to behold, To take away in safe return, in part or whole! I'm a lonely little flower with secrets to unfold, To a wandering sylph, out lost on a stroll, For company I beckon, silent truth be told, Amid fears my destiny lies in a seam of coal!
