    890/0001-53 NOTICE TO THE MARKET Changing of Independent Auditor Multiplan Empreendimentos Imobilirios S.A. (Multiplan) informs that, to comply with the rotation of independent auditors pursuant to article 31 of Instruo CVM n. 308, of May 14th, 1999, as amended, it has signed a contract with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Deloitte) to provide audit services for the financial statements in fiscal year, 2012, as approved in the Board of Directors Meeting held on November 16th, 2011. Deloitte will begin its activities with the review of the quarterly financial statements (ITRs) of the first quarter of 2012. Multiplan also informs that it has the consent of the current auditor, Ernst & Young Terco Auditores Independentes S.S., for the replacement mentioned above.
