The Board of the Fiji Commerce & Employers Federation is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Noel Iupasi Tofinga as its Industrial Relations Consultant. Noel will assist the Federation in managing and developing it Industrial Relations capacity. He will be responsible for advising members and advocating on behalf of members at mediation and at Tribunal levels. His appointment became effective from 9th January, 2012. Noel comes with a wide range of experience in industrial relations and has developed his own practice in this field. His work experience ranges from senior managerial positions in the private sector to Trade Unionist, industrial relations contractor and now consultant for the FCEF. He has worked his way up as an ordinary worker from several different organizations to the current position he now holds.
