DESC is a Nonprofit Organization who have volunteers that strive to fulfill DESCs mission of ending homelessness They are Seattle's leading provider of award winning housing and support services to chronically homeless adults who are living with mental illness, addictive disorders, and cooccurring disabilities They opened in 1979 Their goal is to end homelessness They serve anyone homeless by providing food and shelter
