February'9th,'2012:!!First'Timers'Night'@'CBMS'(6:00PM''7:00PM)' An!optional!Information!night!ideally!suited!for!parents!of! 1st!time!middle!school!students.!Conversation!will!focus!on! required!courses!and!elective!options!for!6th!grade!students.!! Administrators!and!Counselors!will!be!on!hand!to!answer! questions.!!(6:00!to!7:00!p.m.)!! ! Early'March,'2012:!!Conrad!Ball!Counselors!will!visit!Stansberry,!Winona,!Mary! Blair,!and!Monroe!elementary!schools!to!meet!with!5th!grade! students!to!present!elective!choice!options.!!Students!will!be! given!an!elective!choice!sheet!to!take!home!and!complete!with! their!parents.!!Students!will!turn!in!completed!sheets!with! parent!signatures!to!their!5th!grade!teachers.!!! ! Late'April,'2012:! Conrad!Ball!Counselors!will!schedule!visits!to!feeder! elementary!schools!to!meet!with!5th!grade!classrooms!to! conduct!a!Q/A!session!with!students.!!Counselors!will!be! bringing!along!current!6th!grade!students!from!Conrad!Ball!to! answer!students!questions!about!what!to!expect!in!their!first! year!at!Conrad!Ball.! ! May'8th,'2012:! 5th'Grade'Family'Night'@'CBMS!(6:00PM''7:30PM)!!! This!is!a!chance!for!5th!grade!students!and!their!families!to!visit!
