    The Phillips West Neighborhood Organization is inviting the community to attend the 15th Annual Winter Social on February 9th, 2012 from 5-8 PM at the Lutheran Social Service Center for Changing Lives. The free event will feature cultural foods, door prizes, entertainment and networking opportunities. Community members can get involved by volunteering or reserving an information booth by calling the Phillips West office. The event is ADA compliant and sponsored by local organizations including Abbott Northwestern Hospital, Augsburg Fairview Academy, and Lutheran Social Service.

    Join hundreds of your friends and neighbors for a free dinner of cultural foods, door prizes, entertainment and a fun-filled evening! Neighborhood resources and networking opportunities will be available.
