MEMORANDUM

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Please be advised that from now on all children under the age of 13 years must be collected at the end of each class from either the hall entrance or inside the hall itself. Our instructors can no longer allow children to leave the hall unsupervised at the classs conclusion under the assumption that a parent/guardian is waiting in the street or in the venues car park. From now on, the instructor or senior student will wait in the entrance area with your child and allow them to leave once you have been sighted. It will also be necessary for you to inform the instructor if you wish your child to be collected by another parent. This can either be done in person or via a short note. Once notified of this, we will assume that it is an ongoing arrangement until otherwise notified. To make this procedure work effectively, we also ask you to be mindful of the class finishing time. Getting there 5 minutes early to collect your child will make the instructors job easier and will give you an opportunity to see the last few minutes of the class. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but trust that you appreciate our desire to put the childrens safety first! Kind Regards,
