Dear Parents, On Tuesday 1st November, the Senior School Swimming Galas will be held. The girl s gala will be held at Qadsiya Swimming Facility, Hawally and the boys will be at Al Arabi Club, Mansouria (facing the British Council). School transport will be provided to and from the venues. All students MUST come to school by 7.30am. Students who are taking part in the gala should come to school in their house t-shirt and track suit bottoms. Students who are not taking part should come in normal school uniform or House T-Shirt and school track suit bottoms ONLY - no exceptions. Students who are taking part in the gala may change into their swimming kit including swimming hats and appropriate footwear (flip flops/sandals) once they have arrived at the venues. It is very important that students arrive ON TIME on Tuesday as they will not be permitted to go to the swimming galas if they arrive late. Students will be back from the venue ready to finish school at 2.15pm as normal. If students have appointments (doctor, dentist etc), they must not come to school at all on that day. Students who do not attend the Swimming Galas will be recorded as absent (unauthorized).
