Saudi consultants must provide proof of Saudi ownership and valid licenses from the Ministry of Commerce and Engineering Consulting Committee. Non-Saudi consultants must submit either a valid license from the Ministry of Commerce or a letter stating they do not work in the kingdom, as well as membership in the Engineering Consulting Committee if they hold it. Both must submit experience lists and performance certificates from the last 10 years for relevant projects.

    Saudi Consultant 1. The owner or partners to be Saudi national for joint liability company. 2.

    Copy of a valid License issued by the Ministry of Commerce

    3. Copy of a valid membership Certificate at the Engineering Consulting Committee.

    4. Experience list for the last 10 years showing the works executed by the Consultant inside/outside the Kingdom including the works for which the Consultant is seeking pre-qualification.

    5. Performance Certificates issued by the clients indicating the works executed inside/outside the Kingdom for which the Consultant is seeking pre-qualification.

    Non-Saudi Consultant 1. Copy of a valid License issued by the Ministry of Commerce or a letter indicating that the Consultant does not work in the Kingdom.

    2. Copy of a valid membership Certificate at the Engineering Consulting Committee , if any.

    3. In case of non-availability of the above-mentioned documents, the Consultant must undertake to submit his documents within three months from the date of signing any Contract with SWCC. 4. Experience list for the last 10 years showing the works executed by the Consultant inside/outside the Kingdom including the works for which the Consultant is seeking pre-qualification.

    5. Performance Certificates issued by the clients indicating the works executed inside/outside the Kingdom for which the Consultant is seeking pre-qualification.
