Cancellation Policy
Client must cancel 10 days prior to departure and must be confirmed by a SYC representative. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Full refunds are given for weather cancellations and are determined by the captain. Cancellations for mechanical failures prior to departure are refundable or may be rescheduled. Mechanical failures or medical emergencies during charters may result in a partial refund and are at the discretion of Serenity Yacht Cruises Inc., owners or agent

Special Terms and Conditions

The Captain of your vessel is legally obligated to exercise all reasonable precautions for the safety of the vessel, its passengers and crew while underway. Federal Law prohibits the possession or use of any illegal narcotics, including marijuana. Persons under the influence of intoxicants shall, at the discretion of the Captain, be refused permission to board, or required to disembark and trip terminated without refund of any money paid by such person, persons or company for the charter. Fire arms and fireworks are prohibited. Client is responsible for any intentional or unintentional damage done to the vessel and furnishings by any member of the charter group.
