    The Contractor should have satisfactorily completed in his own name, i. Atleast one similar work of minimum value of Rs. 20 Crores or ii. Atleast two similar works each of minimum value of Rs. 15 Crores each during the last 5 years prior to the stipulated date of submission of bid. The work completed prior to the cut of date shall not be considered.

    Credentials certificates issued by only concerned Chief Engineer/Dy. Chief Engineer//CTPM/STM of the Zonal Railways including Chief Engineer / Chief Project Manager of PSUs Authorities undertaking only to be enclosed. Out of the past five financial years (i.e. 2005-06, 2006-07, 2007-08, 200809, 2009-10) atleast in two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover shall not be less than Rs. 50 Crores. Financial turnover certificates shall be furnished duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.

    Contract Period Contract period for the above assignment shall be 12 months from the date of LOA.

    The Contractor / Bidder with consortium are not eligible. The Contractor / Bidder shall quote in Indian Rupees Only. Those Contractors / Bidders whose contracts have been terminated / foreclosed by KPCL due to unsatisfactory execution of the contract with KPCL during the last 10 years are not eligible to participate in the bid. Bid documents are not transferable. Bid shall be received from only those contractors / bidders in whose name the bid document has been issued after scrutiny and verification of the Application in support of pre-qualifying requirement as per NIT.
