Our system installation is based on Siemens hardware, which is rugged and provides flexibility and ease in maintenance of system. Salient feature of this system was replacement of existing Phillips batch Controller with enhanced functionality PLC based system. All weighment and temperature are controlled to ensure accuracy in such a way which provides less deviation from set points. Fail safe arrangement has been provided to reduce the production loss and down time. Advance sequence mixing has been provided by the use of recipe based module over to provide flexibility and accurate mixing as per demand of compound without any aberration. One of the main features provided is online editing of recipe set points to avoid any production loss and happenings. Continuous monitoring and Logging of all process parameters on is provided in the form archives and reports. Unlimited number of recipe creation and revision storage has been provided. 24 hour web support is provided for solving and troubleshooting issues and problem of system to provide flawless solution.
