STUDENT EXECUTIVE BOARD School Year 2011-2012 General Elections Officers and Board Members

Qualifications for New Members:

1. Those who are dedicated and committed to serve the Bedan Community

2. Those who have the willingness and passion to work with different people 3. Those who have no grade lower than 80% in ACADEMICS this school year. 4. Those who have no grade lower than S+ in CONDUCT this school year. 5. Those who have no past and ongoing disciplinary cases with the Student Formation Office

Instruction for Application

All Application forms are available at the Student Activities Office (SAO) in the students lounge. o Each applicant should submit only ONE application form which must be accompanied by copies of the following documents:
o 1. Photocopy of latest report card (until 2nd quarter of SY 2011-2012).

2. Recommendation form 1 coming from: Current Class Adviser 3. Recommendation form 2 coming from: Any subject teacher who knows the applicant well 4. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Student Formation Office 5. Hand written essay on yellow pad paper
1. Place all of the documents in a long brown envelope. 2. The envelope must bear the applicants name on the upper left corner.
