    Democracy for Development Institute (D4 D/PM- 001/2012 PROJECT MANAGER /RESEARCHER- POSITION REFERENCE D4D/PM001/2012 The desired candidate should:
    -

    Possess University degree ( Master s degree preferred) in the social sciences, law, economics, sociology, or political science: Be proficient in English ( spoken and written) Good knowledge of project management Understands issues related to governance, elections, public administration, inter-ethnic relations Have experience in research, report writing and collecting and interpreting data Have the ability to process and report information analytically Have knowledge of budgeting and financial issues

    PROJECT OFFICER- Position Reference D4D/PO-001/2012 The desired candidate should: Posses University degree in the social sciences, law, economics or political science Be proficient in English ( spoken and written) Have general knowledge of governance, elections, public administration and inter-ethnic relations Be able to collect and interpret data Have good team working skills

    INTERNSHIP PROGRAM- Position Reference D4D/IP-001/2012 The desired candidate should: Enrolled in the last year of university studies Have working knowledge of English and adequate writing skills Have working computer skills The desire to learn and team work

    The internship program lasts 3 months and a certificate is issued upon completion The candidates applying for Project Manager and Officer position should also: -

    Possess strong intercultural communication skills Be enthusiastic, highly organized and take responsibility Be motivated, able to work independently, take initiatives as well as engage in teamwork Understanding of office administration is a plus
