Please contact your current Personnel Office/Liaison directly should you have any questions pertaining to final compensation and/or continuation of health, dental, and/or vision coverage for yourself and dependants. Continuation of benefit coverage requires .applying for the-Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA). Due to your iayoff, you are entitled to reemployment list eligibility, unless you voluntarily waived your reemployment rights. The RPRS will initiate the process on your behalf within the next few weeks; you will receive written confirmation when completed. In addition, please contact your local Employment Development Department regarding Unemployment Insurance eligibility. You may appeal this notice as provided by DPA Rule 599.904, unless otherwise provided by your collective bargaining agreement.
