    Dispersion effect(splashout from origin picture) open a picture cutout what you need in the picture cutout. Move a bit far the duplicated pic from origin transform it (Ctrl+t) and dodge it bigger to the back choose any brush then make new layer put some brushes on the new layer that connect the pic.

    move a bit far the duplicated pic from origin transform it (Ctrl+t) and dodge it bigger to the back choose any brush then make new layer put some brushes on the new layer that connect the pic next select the faded pic by pressing Ctrl+click on the pic in layer press ctrl+shift+I to inverse the selection ctrl+x to cut it choose the ori pic and do the same wwithout inverse the selection design it as you wish
