A form of plagiarism is when you extract information from a book, article or web page without acknowledging the source and pretend that it is your own work. Students who commit plagiarism will be referred to the Committee for Discipline for a ruling to be made. Plagiarism is considered a serious violation of the Universitys regulations and may lead to suspension from the University. When you submit a paper to any journal or conference, this form must be completed, signed, dated, and submitted to the faculty postgraduate office.
