    YOUR NAME NOTES: 1)Consumer number is mentioned in your telephone bill . It is required. 2)Just incase take a copy of your previous telephone bill 3)If you want your plan to be changed for June , then make sure you submit it atleast one week before june , i.e. by the last week of MAY 4)Plan should take effect by the first week of June 5)Confirm plan change with various sources , this is VERY IMPORTANT as you dont want to end up with a HUGE BILL. 6)Sources where you could check your current plan status a)BSNL PORTAL b)Dial 1500 and ask c)Dial 18004241600 and ask d)Visit nearest Customer care and ask ( not necessary if a,b and c tell the same thing)
