Trout with Pecan Rosemary Butter Serves 4 4 1 1 1 cup Tbs tsp. Tbs.

. trout filets pecans fresh rosemary honey butter Kosher salt and pepper

Place the trout filets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper. Preheat a gas grill or oven to 400F. Put the pecans, rosemary, honey and butter in a food processor and chop until the mixture is a paste. Dot the trout with the mixture. Roast in the oven or on the gas grill for about 4 5 minutes, until fish is flakey and tender.
