    Warmest greetings and congratulations to the officers and members of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines Metro Manila South Council as you commemorate your 34th Charter Anniversary! I humbly partake in your jubilation for the more than three decades of meaningful service youve extended to our youth imbuing in them the virtues of loving God, loving our country and serving our fellowmen! I sincerely admire your passion in training our young boys to become responsible leaders. Indeed, what greater imprint can we leave in this world but that of a citizenry filled with honor and dignity, and contributing for the betterment of our society? Thus, I pray that you keep on with your vigorous efforts to spread the scouting movement and instill among the young the values of a True Scout: doing his best to do his duty to God and his country, helping people at all times, keeping himself physically strong, mentally awake and morally straight. Train up a child in the way he should go, even when he is old, he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6 Mabuhay po kayo! God bless!
