About Planogram
It is a diagram or model that indicates the placement of retail products on shelves in order to maximize sales". The planogram is a visual diagram, or drawing, that provides in detail where every product in a retail store should be placed. A planogram should also illustrate how many facings are allocated for each SKU.

Size Sequence:- Small to big and top to bottom 100 Gm cream biscuits with different flavour like Elaichi, mango, Jim jam. Dark fantasy or Oreo at bi-level of 84 gms. Below the bi-level come the Rs 25 pack of Britannia and Parle. Britannia tiger both of 122 g And at last all mono packs ok 150 g and more than it. A whole end cap was given to Parle as it is the most saleable brand for the store.

Variants : The brands were arranged as per most known brand to customer like starting with Britannia, Parle, Sun feast, UNIBIC, Mc Vities from left to right. Starting with cream, chocolate, cashew nut, tetra pack, normal biscuits, and then family pack at bi-level from left to right. Same continue with international brand.
