Place RF Gun on Docket and connect with PC (Make sure that Windows Mobile Center is installed on the PC to which you wish to connect) You can install Windows Mobile Center from software shelf: Application Name WINDOWS MOBILE DEVICE CENTER (ACTIVESYNC) 32 64 . It should be installed without any approval. If is not installed you can raise ticket to Remote Desktop team & can talk to someone from software installation team to install the same.

2. Windows Mobile Center will be Launched on the PC 3. Click on Connect without Setting up your device

How to Validate/Configure the Host Profile If the telnet is point to any instance other Production, please follow the steps below. 1. If the device is currently at telnet Login screen , Press Blue Key on ur RF GUN and then Press CTRL to activate ALT mode /key .Then Press the Blue Key again and then F10 This will activate the Options Menu..

3. Select SSH Test profile .Click on Edit

4. It will ask for the admin password .Enter SYSTEM and press OK 5. Make sure the below entries are correct
