Try to find parameter regarding nodeb schedulars,which allocate resources in nod e-b....which exploits different conditions to give max throughput. As per your setting everything goes fine..even 4 HSCCH is also fine, even if you want to improve HSDPA cell throughput then try to increase HSPDSCH code number from 5 to something 7 or 8 and check. "open on NodeB level" that means on NODE B level it is "Dynamic allocation"..rig ht??if this is the situation then only way to have increase code numbers... yes, the code allocation in the node B level is dynamic,, i tried before to incr ease the number of codes to 10 in the second carrier but the there was no improv ement on the cell throughput. with strategy, the minmum codes is 10 and if there is free codes, they can use it also as the nodeB level is dynamic. if you put the code allocation is static 10 codes in RNC level and the code all ocation is automatic in NodeB level, this mean the minimum codes you can get is 10 and if there is more free code, you can use it.
