Deep fried frog legs, onions rings & andouille sausage aioli. 10

Char-blackened Delmonico Ribeye Steak (14oz.) with Yukon Gold potato hash & Creole mustard butter sauce. 26

Etouffee [-t-f]
In French, the word etouffee literally means "smothered," which is a good way to describe this Cajun dish. Usually made with crawfish.

gumbo - [guhm-boh]
A stew or thick soup, usually made with chicken or seafood, greens, and okra or sometimes fil as a thickener.

jambalaya - [juhm-buh-lahy-uh]
Creole dish consisting of rice cooked w/ ham, sausage, chicken, or shellfish, herbs, spices, tomatoes, onions & peppers.

Cajun trinity - [KAY-juhn trin-i-t]


The Cajun Holy Trinity consists of onions, celery & bell peppers used in many authentic Cajun stews, jambalayas & gumbos.
