Wish on Birth day Issue Birthday card with chocolates OR Display on Notice board Wish on occasion of Marriage Card, bouquet Long service AwardIssue certificate with Gold coin or any other article with cash amount. Employees Family members visit to factory. A group of 5/10 employees- shows company profile thru. Slide, Serve Tea & snacks. Gift to kids. Picnic one /Two day Trip as per budgetOnce in a year Invite Suggestions from the employees and give cash prize. Suggestions should be related to quality, increase production/yield, cost saving and Safety etc. Celebration of Annual day by arranging Poona /Lunch OR Dinner with Musical Night, etc. On establishment day of the factory, Invite all employees with their family; Cultural program arrange and children may participate. And issue an encouragement award/prize to best performer. Issue Best wishes letter with gift to Employees children on appearing SSC, HSC board exam. Issue a letter of Best Luck With Ball Pen set. Rewarding award: Give meritorious academic performance award to children Best of Ten, from Primary, secondary & higher secondary school/college. Best Ideal Employee Award: (considering Attendance, punctuality, behavior, Positive contribution during whole year) Issue an appreciation certificate with cash/gift. To arrange Blood donate camp, In any emergency for requirement of blood to any employee/others : 2: Sports ActivitiesCricket, Volleyball etc. Arranged inter- competition in the unit, Unit to unit. Penal hospital facility: This is apart from Mediclaim. Company bare consulting charges only if any employee or their

members go to panel hospital. Company may tie up to selected hospital and pay fix monthly charges as a consulting fee for irrespective numbers of company employees. Loan Facility: Loan for Housing/Vehicle etc., Ex-gratia from the Management Ex-gratia compensation to dependents of deceased employee. To conduct Exit Interview: To get feedback from the outgoing employees and proper act on the Same. Performance (as per KRA) incentive /cash award (apart from Increment)
