MEDICLAIM FOR STUDENTS

This is to inform that we have renewed Students Mediclaim Policy with the National Insurance Company Ltd. with effect from 09.02.2011 to 08.02.2012. Henceforth E - MEDITAK CARD issued by the Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. should not be used as no claim for hospitalization of the students would be entertained by E - MEDITAK or Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd.. Now the TPA for National Insurance Company Ltd. would be PARK Mediclaim. New TPA Cards shall shortly be issued by PARK Mediclaim. Till the TPA cards are issued, all Hospitalization bills will be sent to Shri C.M.Vasudeva / Shri K.C. Rikhi as the case may be. TPA Park Mediclaim has been informed that they will cater to Hospitalization Cover due to illness and / or following an accident to the students. List of such Hospitals as conveyed by TPA shall be circulated shortly. Claims arising due to the accident of the student/s and/or Bread Earner, shall be dealt with by Insurance Company through Shri C.M. Vasudeva / Shri K.C. Rikhi for Noida Campus and Shri M.P. Malhotra for Lucknow Campus. The list of documents which are required in such claims shall be circulated shortly.
