The symposium invites abstract submissions by April 30th for papers addressing St Athanasius' life, works, or related topics from historical, theological, or other perspectives. Proceedings will be published in Phronema, and keynote speaker Dr. Adam Cooper will present on "The Gift of Receptivity: St Athanasius on the Security of Salvation."

- Call for Papers St Andrews Greek Orthodox Theological College, a member institute of the Sydney College of Divinity (Sydney NSW Australia), invites papers for its annual symposium. Celebrating the legacy of St Athanasius the Great, St Andrews Patristic Symposium 2012 will be held on Friday and Saturday, 28 & 29 September, 2012. Given the interdisciplinary nature of our symposia, the papers can address the life, personality and contributions of St Athanasius from various perspectives, such as historical, theological, literary, spiritual etc. Papers on events, persons and writings directly or indirectly related to St Athanasius are also welcome. Abstracts of no more than 150 words are to be submitted to Revd Dr Doru Costache (symposium@sagotc.edu.au) by 30 April 2012. Postgraduate students are welcome. Keynote Speaker: Dr Adam G.
