As per the confirmation from his office, the breakdown of the final grade is as follows: 1/3 = RECITATION 1/3 = MIDTERMS 1/3 = FINALS The final breakdown of my grade as released by the registrars office herein attached as ANNEX A states the following figures: RECITATION MIDTERMS FINALS FINAL GRADE : 95 : 75 : 75 : 78%

Should a recomputation of my final grade be permitted I would merit a final grade of 81% and not 78% in the appealed subject. Accordingly, this would increase my general weighted average. I fully understand that it is the policy of the Law School that my grades are deemed final upon its official release. I also understand that an appeal is purely a matter of privilege and not a right.
