Too cold to ski? Its warm in the gym and theres FREE tea!
Wondering what to do with your clients or yourself - in the cold? Dont forget were a great non-skiers or bad weather day option, and you dont need to be a member. Come to a fitness class, have a workout, indulge in a massage or get motivated with a personal training session. Get yourself in shape for ski touring season - without getting frostbite.

Coming soon - FREE Girlie pampering day

Chamonix Gym offer manicures, pedicures, waxing and spray tanning in partnership with Buff and Junkyard Angel. Were planning a February pampering session later this month, where you can come and be waxed, plucked, painted or sprayed FOR FREE. Date tbc but will be late afternoon-early evening. And School Holidays a few class changes

The gym is open as usual during the school holidays. A few classes have been changed between 16 and 26th Feb. Core 2 will be replaced by Body Balance with Iona, and some of our teachers have swapped but other than that, its business as usual! Ne savez pas quoi faire avec vos clients, amis ou vous meme quand il fait aussi froid? Noubliez pas que nous offerons plein doptions pour les non-skieurs et quand il fait mauvais. Ce nest pas obligatoire detre abonne. Faites un cours de fitness, une sance de musculation, en profitez dun massage, ou se motivez avec une sance dentrainement perso.
