Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, the First Technological University of India, was established on 2nd October 1972 in Andhra

Pradesh with head quarters located in a historical city Hyderabad. The University is one of the premier Universities in India accredited by NAAC with A Grade. Faculty: Faculty is drawn from JNTUH and eminent faculty from sister colleges & from Industry. Eligibility:
Faculty of Educational Institutions/ Graduate Engineers/ Research Scholars/ Research Personnel working in R& D Organization, with a minimum qualification of Bachelors degree in Electronics & Communication/ Electrical/ Computer Science and allied branches of Engineering & II/III /IV year UG students are eligible to apply.

About the Workshop: The goal of the workshop is to unite the faculty/researchers from around the country to discuss novel signal processing theories and methods, and to bring together world-class educators and thinkers to discuss all aspects of signal processing education. The workshop is intended to give the participants a focused view on the role played by DSP in the fields of Audio and Video Signal Processing. The pedagogy included lectures, discussions and hands on training using MATLAB & DSP Kits. The workshop will provide
the opportunities to flourish the knowledge and to pursue research in this area.

Important Dates: Last date for registration: 25th, January 2012 How to Apply: Interested persons may apply in the prescribed format along with the Registration fee. Payments should be made through a Demand Draft drawn in favor of Coordinator, SSP payable at JNTUH, Hyderabad or by cash at the time of registration and the application be sent to on or before 25th January 2012. As the number of participants is limited to only 90 the participants are advised to register well in advance of the scheduled dates.
