Please submit this form to the Academic Office by given deadline. Before submitting, be sure to go through guidelines carefully. Hardcopy of this form duly filled should be submitted in Academic office within deadline. Soft copy / email submission not allowed ELIGIBILITY y Students must have fulfilled following requirements while registering for FYP/Thesis 1. Should not be under warning (i.e. the CGPA should not be less than 2.50) 2. Should have passed all courses and earning total number of credit hours up till semester of FYP /Thesis, as shown in the study plan for respective program (given in prospectus) 3. For FYP-2 registration, FYP-1 should be cleared in addition to other requirements
