MCA VI - Project & Seminar 2012 (SCHEDULE & GUIDELINES )
Final semester Industrial Project and Seminar of MCA VI students will be done during the period of 13th. 2011 April End 2012 subject to their registration in final semester. The detailed schedule and guidelines is displayed on the Notice Board / Amizone.
Important procedures to be followed by each student

1. On-line Registration for project on amizone Each student is required to register him/her self for project on amizone immediately after the registration in the final semester.

2. On-line filling of the Synopsis Form on amizone

After online project registration and approval by the project co-coordinator, each student is required to duly fill in the synopsis form available on amizone. The filling of synopsis form should be completed latest by end of December 2011.

3. Submission of the Synopsis report by e-mail/in-person to respective guides

After filling the synopsis form, a synopsis report of 3-4 pages must reach allocated internal guide either by email or handed over in person.

4. Submission of the Mid-Term Report by e-mail/in-person to respective guides (only for Project)
A Mid-Term report of 9-10 pages must reach allocated internal guide either by e-mail or handed over in person.

Important Dates:

1. Last week of Dec. 2011 Online completion of synopsis form available on amizone. 2. 2nd week of Jan. 2012 - Submission of Synopsis to their respective guides
An almost 3 pages Synopsis report should be submitted to the respective internal guide on time. It should have a proper cover page and table of contents as well.

3. 3rd week of March 2012 Submission of Mid Term Report (only for Project)
Well defined 9-10 pages Mid Term Report should duly reach the respective internal guide, further detailing the progress made in the project undertaken. General guidelines Students, please note that this will be important criteria for internal evaluation process as well. Weekly attendance will be the criteria for the eligibility of the final evaluation.

1. Regular reporting to internal guide once a week is mandatory.

2. Topic for seminar and Project should be different. The topics should be in agreement to the internal
guide prior starting to work on the same.
