Description: This interactive workshop will introduce you to NASAs Earth, Astrophysics, Heliophysics and Planetary science missions. Teachers will also learn about the wealth of NASA educational resources available free of charge. Lessons for grades 7-12 will be demonstrated and teachers will receive an abundance of free NASA educational materials we will investigate several areas of science which address topics such as: Investigating Invisible Light, Solar System Scale, Our Cosmic Connections to the Universe, Inquiry-Based Meteorology and using Landstat and images for investigations. These are but a few of the many lessons we will explore. Come ready to have lots of fun and bring a roll of paper
