Past Continuous Tense

Explanation The Past Continuous Tense is used to show an action that was going on in the pass. Usually there are two or more actions at one time. The phrase to show Past Continuous Tense is formed using was or were + a verb ending with ing . Besides that, words like when and while are also used to show the tense.
