The Role of Teacher in Classroom Management
Interpretation is good implementation and part of the teaching process of this procedure which can help in classroom management. There are two process that involve in interpretation : 1) Measurement 2) Assessment
INTRODUCTION
Measurement is the instrument that collect values of kuantitaf or information regarding achievement of individual learning. This can be gained through : - informal (observation based on discussion or solving problems in classroom. - formal ( quiz, exercise, project, oral or written)
Assessment is the process of making decision based on the output from measurement. Teacher can give grade, certificate, or decide whether the students need styling or rehabilitation activity. It also can be used to move and put the student to the class that based on their achievement.
Legality
Refer to how far the instrument used to measure meet the objectives or measuring things that should be measured
Reliability
Refer to how the same test would given the same result if been managed for a few times in a different times.
CHARACTERISTICS OF INTERPRETATION
Formative
Implement before and during teaching and learning process. To trace pupils progress and has the objective of learning been achieved.
Summative
Implement at the end of semester to get pupils achievement in order to giving grade and certificate.
FORM OF INTERPRETATION
ADVANTAGES
- Provide information that allow teacher to modify the teaching procedures as to fulfil the needs of the pupils. - Increase pupils learning and the motivation.
DISADVANTAGES
- undermine the spirit of the pupils to learn
The test and examination must be fair and should be formed based on skills and knowledge that already been taught
The questions prepared should include the level of thinking besides the level of knowledge
Discuss with the teachers that teach the same topic in other classes whether they are agree with the selected topic to be tested
The rules that the registrar is responsible for in administering intramural examinations: examinations:
(d) Suitable arrangement of chairs and desks to avoid cheating (e) Well ventilated
At least two Proctors normally shall be required to be present in each examination area.
Inform all candidates regarding any special instructions related to the examinations being written and the procedure to be followed at the end of the examination.
Be at the examination room thirty minutes before the start of the examination to receive the sealed examination package.
Give instruction before and after the examination Counts the examinations booklet at the end of the examination.
Candidates are responsible for arriving at the examination room on time with adequate supplies
Candidates will use only the approved answer form (question paper, marker card, or answer booklet) supplied
Candidates are forbidden to give information to, or receive it from, any candidate or person other than an examination proctor, during the examination.
No candidate may leave the examination room during the first or last thirty minutes of the examination
CANDIDATES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT THEY RECEIVE THE PROPER QUESTION PAPER
AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE EXAMINATION, CANDIDATES WILL REMAIN SEATED UNTIL A PROCTOR HAS COLLECTED THEIR COMPLETED EXAMINATION BOOKLETS.
CANDIDATES WHO REQUIRE ADDITIONAL ANSWER BOOKS DURING THE EXAMINATION WILL ATTRACT THE ATTENTION OF THE PROCTOR BY RAISING A HAND.
UPON COMPLETION OF THE EXAMINATION, CANDIDATES WILL ENSURE THAT THEIR STUDENT NUMBER, NAME, COURSE NUMBER, BOOK NUMBER AND TOTAL NUMBER OF BOOKS, AND THE NAME OF THE INSTRUCTOR ARE LETTERED LEGIBLY ON ALL ANSWER BOOKS.
A good administration and proctors of examination will bring a good effect on candidates behavior

REPORT BOOK
001 CARD
Will be be filled in the school record card in primary of primary school student (001R) This card will be keep in guidance and counseling units in the school and it will be update every year. In this card it will conclude attendance records, cocurricular involvement, the results of academic achievement, interests, health, weight and height of pupils.
RECORD BOOK
Examination and test result will be put in this record book. In this book also contain comment from the every subject teacher for their achievement. Help the parent to follow their son development in their studies.
ATTENDANCE BOOK
This book will record attendance and early school until the end of school year. there are four symbols used in the attendance book for example "/" represent the present "o" represents, while "L" represents late to the class help the teacher to track student attendance problem
