Letter of Recommendation

I am very pleased to write a character reference for Petya Ivanova. This letter is my personal recommendation for her. She has been my colleague since 1993 and we have been working for 14 years. During that time I have always been amazed at her level of enthusiasm. I found her to be highly qualified, consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile. Besides being a joy to work with, Petya is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. She has successfully developed several educational plans for our high school that have successful results. Though she was an asset to our educational efforts, my colleague was also extraordinarily helpful in other areas of our school. In addition to writing effective training modules for her students, Petya assumed a leadership role, inspiring and motivating other teachers. She is a team player and would make a great asset to any organization. My colleague exemplifies good character. I highly recommend Petya for any task where enthusiasm, hard work and trustworthiness are valued. She is a reliable worker and I highly recommend her for a partner on this project.
