    Contract I understand the terms of the Activ-8 Challenge and accept the conditions of the challenge laid out below. I will complete the necessary paperwork (PAR-Q and Contract) I will pay in full or in two instalments as set out by the club committee I will attend The Last Supper and all weekly weigh ins I will participate in as many activities as I can I will eat healthy
    I will work as part of a team, will stay positive and will help others out

    I will follow the guidance of the designated activity leaders I will attend as many of the Challenge Events as possible I will prepare well for activities by using correct equipment and clothing
