Key Information: Goals of Clinic: (a) Prepare Adults or High School Seniors for competitive swimming. (b) Prepare Adults for the swimming portion of Triathlon events. (c) Cover Freestyle stroke, stroke efficiency, Starts, and Turns, plus if time permits Q&A. Lead by Rowdy Gaines, 3-Time Olympic Gold Medalist, U.S.Masters World Record Holder, Inductee U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame, International Hall of Fame, Florida Hall of Fame and Alabama Hall of Fame.
