    NG URI O TE WHANOA 2012 REGIONAL ITINERARY

    Friday 17th 2-3pm Check in to Kingsgate Hotel February 2012 (Fenton St, big Maori man carving outside) Provide name to reception to collect keys etc 3-4pm Meet in conference room (Redwoods conference room at far end of Hotel by pool etc) to go over afternoon plan Run check of props Tane and wahine Collect Rau Light program touch ups and walk through 4:30-7pm Head down to events centre to tautoko pakeke roopu and check out stage as we are not allocated stage time 7.30-8.30pm Dinner at Hotel 8.30:10pm Group time Saturday 18th 6:30-7:30am Breakfast in the hotel restaurant February 2012 Those wanting to go to urupa for morning karakia Performance day!!!! 7:30-9am Shower Hair Make-up Pack up room and bags 9-11am Meet in conference room Group program walk through Tinana warm ups Pack bags into vehicles 11am Light Brunch/lunch in restaurant

    11:30am Bodice etc on Hair and make-up touch ups Group warm ups 12-1pm Head to EEC by bus (Energy Events Centre)

    1-2pm Holding bay-vocal warm ups 2:25pm PEFORMANCE TIME!!!!! 3pm Return to Kingsgate by bus to change and collect vehicles 4-6.30pm Prizegiving 9-3am Night Plan Lakehouse Free pool, juke box $1 off drinks Late licence till 3am Donna is flat out organising the regionals so please contact below Kahurangi 027 6948335 Txt me to ring you if need be Regularly check facebook NB - Please ensure that you make contact if you are late etc!!     Dress: Te Whanoa top and black bottoms (pants, shorts, skirt etc) He tono tenei to ALL performers to be together at prizegiving. We need to be united and presented in force at prizegiving. We will find a posy in the performers grandstand together.

    N.B. This can change depending on what s best for the roopu. Please be flexible!!
