    Activity session subject : The Very

    Hungry Caterpillar and days of the week Vocabulary: Activities / songs / games: caterpillar, egg, leaf, cocoon, moon, Monday, The Very Hungry Caterpillar watch on Youtube. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, hungry, eat, apple, plum, strawberry, pear, Egg carton caterpillar (did not do this in week 15) orange Shopping role play. Sing: Itsy Bitsy Spider. Play games pretending to be caterpillars.

    Phonics We will be listening for initial sounds in words and identifying the first letter, particularly focusing on adding a first letter to 'it.' We will also practice writing the letter i and h.

    Review This week we will review opposites.

    Notes / parent follow up: Parents will need to send in egg cartons.
