NOTICE OF PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS FOR IN CAMERA INSPECTION On February 10, 2012, the Court ordered the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in its corporate capacity (FDIC-C) to either produce to Plaintiff certain FDIC materials held by Defendants to Plaintiff or submit them to the Court for in camera inspection by February 15, 2012. On February 15, 2012, the FDIC delivered certain documents to the Court for in camera review. Those documents are: 1. E-mail dated 11/05/10 from Legal ESS Agenda to John Bowman et al.
